1. Information We Collect
- Account and contact information, such as account email address, name, company name, and support or billing contact details.
- Amazon selling data accessed through Amazon's Selling Partner API only after seller authorization, such as inventory, orders, FBA-related operational data, and other data within the authorized scope.
- Advertising report data provided or authorized by the seller for Sponsored Products analysis.
- Listing-related content that the seller uploads, creates, or edits in our tools, such as product images, keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and flat-file fields.
- Service usage and technical data, such as login records, device/browser information, error logs, and security audit records.
2. Amazon Selling Partner Data
Amazon selling partner data is accessed only with explicit seller authorization via Amazon's Selling Partner API, used solely to provide the service to the authorizing seller, and never shared with third parties.
We do not sell Amazon seller data. We do not use Amazon selling partner data for unrelated advertising, data resale, market intelligence products, or any purpose outside the service requested by the authorizing seller.
3. Purpose Limitation
We use collected information only to provide and support Duobaoyu AI services, including Amazon listing generation, restock planning, advertising analysis, training inquiries, customer support, billing support, security monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with applicable laws or platform policies.
4. Storage and Security
Data is stored on cloud servers operated by our cloud hosting provider. We use HTTPS/TLS for data transmission, encryption for credentials and sensitive tokens at rest, access controls, and operational logging to protect seller data.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed for a SaaS product handling seller-authorized operational data.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, legal, billing, and security purposes. Unless a shorter period is required, Amazon selling data may be retained for up to 24 months.
After a seller de-authorizes Amazon access or requests deletion, we will delete or anonymize the relevant Amazon selling partner data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, dispute resolution, security investigation, or accounting obligations.
6. No Sale or Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell personal information, Amazon selling partner data, store operational data, advertising data, or listing content. We do not share Amazon selling partner data with third parties.
We may disclose limited information only when required by law, to protect the service and users, or to complete a user-requested business operation such as billing support.
7. Sub-processors
Our current sub-processors are limited to cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store or process data on our behalf. We require service providers to process data only under our instructions and only for service delivery.

8. User Rights
Sellers may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their account data and seller-authorized Amazon data by emailing us. We may need to verify the request before processing it.

9. International Users
Duobaoyu AI serves China-based cross-border ecommerce sellers operating Amazon stores, including the US marketplace. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our cloud infrastructure and service operations are located.
