1. First Subscription Refund
For a customer's first paid Duobaoyu AI subscription, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. The request must be sent within 14 calendar days after the initial payment date.
2. Renewal Refund
For annual subscription renewals, the customer may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the renewal payment date. This renewal refund window is a reasonable default and may be adjusted in a written order form: [PLACEHOLDER: confirm renewal refund window if different].
3. Prorated Refunds
After the first 14 days of an initial subscription, or after the renewal refund window, refunds are generally calculated on a prorated basis by remaining full unused months in the current annual subscription term, minus any discounts, credits, payment processing fees, taxes that cannot be recovered, and amounts already consumed under a custom service agreement.
Example: if 8 full months remain in a 12-month subscription, the refundable base amount is generally 8/12 of the eligible annual subscription fee, subject to the deductions above.
4. Training, Setup, and Custom Work
One-time setup, custom development, training, consulting, data migration, or implementation services are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@duobaoyu.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the account email, company name, payment date, and reason for the request if you wish to provide one.
6. Processing Time
We will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method where possible. The payment provider or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
