隐私政策

本政策说明杭州多宝鱼人工智能有限公司（以下称「我们」）在提供多宝鱼AI 服务（包括网页版工作台、多宝鱼 MCP、课程页面及经卖家授权的亚马逊数据集成）时，如何收集、使用、存储和保护信息。

生效日期：2026 年 10 月 20 日

一、我们收集的信息

  • 账户与联系信息：邮箱、姓名、公司名称、客服与账单联系方式。
  • 经你授权后，通过 Amazon Selling Partner API 读取的店铺数据：库存、订单、FBA 运营、财务等授权范围内的数据。
  • 经你授权的亚马逊广告数据。
  • 你在工具中上传、生成或编辑的 Listing 内容：商品图片、关键词、标题、五点描述、属性字段等。
  • 使用与技术数据：登录记录、设备与浏览器信息、错误日志、安全审计记录。
  • 付款记录：订单号、金额、支付渠道返回的交易号与签约状态。我们不保存你的银行卡号或支付密码。

二、亚马逊卖家数据

亚马逊卖家数据仅在你明确授权后通过 Amazon 官方接口访问，仅用于向你本人提供服务，绝不出售，也不与无关第三方共享。我们不会把亚马逊卖家数据用于无关的广告、数据转售、市场情报产品或你所请求服务以外的任何用途。

三、使用目的

收集的信息仅用于提供和支持多宝鱼AI 服务，包括数据分析、Listing 生成、补货计划、广告分析、课程咨询、客户支持、计费、安全监控、故障排查，以及遵守法律法规和平台政策。

四、存储与安全

数据存储在云服务商的服务器上。我们使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输，对授权凭据和敏感令牌加密存储，并实施访问控制与操作日志。互联网服务无法保证绝对安全，但我们会持续维护与处理卖家授权数据相匹配的技术与管理措施。

五、保存与删除

我们在提供服务及履行运营、法律、计费、安全义务所需的期限内保存数据；除非法律要求更短期限，亚马逊店铺数据最长保存 24 个月。你取消亚马逊授权或申请删除后，我们会在 30 天内删除或匿名化相关数据，法律、争议处理、安全调查或财务记账要求保留的除外。

六、不出售、不共享

我们不出售个人信息、亚马逊卖家数据、店铺运营数据、广告数据或 Listing 内容。仅在法律要求、保护服务与用户安全，或完成你请求的业务（如支付、退款）时，披露必要的有限信息。

七、受托处理方

我们仅委托以下服务商代为存储或处理数据，并要求其只按我们的指示、只为提供服务而处理：

  • Railway：应用服务器与数据库
  • Cloudflare：网站托管与分析数据存储
  • 阿里云：国内网站托管与网络加速
  • OpenRouter：网页版工作台的 AI 生成功能（如 Listing 文案），仅传送完成该次生成所需的内容
  • 微信支付、Stripe：处理付款与自动续费扣款

八、你的权利

你可以发邮件至 contact@duobaoyu.ai 申请查阅、更正、导出或删除你的账户数据和亚马逊授权数据，我们可能需要先核实你的身份。撤销亚马逊授权，可在亚马逊卖家后台的授权管理中操作，或联系我们协助。

九、跨境处理

多宝鱼AI 服务于经营亚马逊店铺（包括美国站）的中国跨境卖家，数据可能在我们的云服务与运营所在地处理。

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information, such as account email address, name, company name, and support or billing contact details.
  • Amazon selling data accessed through Amazon's Selling Partner API only after seller authorization, such as inventory, orders, FBA-related operational data, and other data within the authorized scope.
  • Advertising report data provided or authorized by the seller for Sponsored Products analysis.
  • Listing-related content that the seller uploads, creates, or edits in our tools, such as product images, keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and flat-file fields.
  • Service usage and technical data, such as login records, device/browser information, error logs, and security audit records.

2. Amazon Selling Partner Data

Amazon selling partner data is accessed only with explicit seller authorization via Amazon's Selling Partner API, used solely to provide the service to the authorizing seller, and never shared with third parties.

We do not sell Amazon seller data. We do not use Amazon selling partner data for unrelated advertising, data resale, market intelligence products, or any purpose outside the service requested by the authorizing seller.

3. Purpose Limitation

We use collected information only to provide and support Duobaoyu AI services, including Amazon listing generation, restock planning, advertising analysis, training inquiries, customer support, billing support, security monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with applicable laws or platform policies.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored on cloud servers operated by our cloud hosting provider. We use HTTPS/TLS for data transmission, encryption for credentials and sensitive tokens at rest, access controls, and operational logging to protect seller data.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed for a SaaS product handling seller-authorized operational data.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, legal, billing, and security purposes. Unless a shorter period is required, Amazon selling data may be retained for up to 24 months.

After a seller de-authorizes Amazon access or requests deletion, we will delete or anonymize the relevant Amazon selling partner data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, dispute resolution, security investigation, or accounting obligations.

6. No Sale or Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell personal information, Amazon selling partner data, store operational data, advertising data, or listing content. We do not share Amazon selling partner data with third parties.

We may disclose limited information only when required by law, to protect the service and users, or to complete a user-requested business operation such as billing support.

7. Sub-processors

Our current sub-processors are the providers below, which store or process data on our behalf. We require service providers to process data only under our instructions and only for service delivery.

  • Railway: application servers and database
  • Cloudflare: website hosting and analytics storage
  • Alibaba Cloud: mainland China website hosting and network acceleration
  • OpenRouter: AI generation features of the web workbench (such as listing copy); only the content needed for that generation is sent
  • WeChat Pay and Stripe: payments and auto-renewal charges

8. User Rights

Sellers may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their account data and seller-authorized Amazon data by emailing us. We may need to verify the request before processing it.

To revoke Amazon SP-API authorization, sellers may use Amazon's authorization management tools or contact us for assistance.

9. International Users

Duobaoyu AI serves China-based cross-border ecommerce sellers operating Amazon stores, including the US marketplace. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our cloud infrastructure and service operations are located.
