退款政策
本政策适用于杭州多宝鱼人工智能有限公司提供的多宝鱼 MCP 订阅、付费工具、课程与定制服务；另有书面协议约定的，以协议为准。
生效日期：2026 年 10 月 20 日
一、首次订阅
首次付费订阅多宝鱼 MCP（任一套餐）的，付款后 14 天内可申请无理由全额退款。
二、自动续费扣款
自动续费扣款后 7 天内，可申请退还该期全部费用；退款后该期服务随即终止，自动续费同时关闭。
三、超过上述期限
超过上述期限的年付订阅，可按剩余的完整 30 天周期数折算退款，扣除已享受的优惠；月付订阅不再退款。
例：年付 ¥899，剩余 8 个完整 30 天周期，可退金额约为 ¥899 × 8 ÷ 12。
四、课程、实施与定制服务
一次性的实施、定制开发、培训、咨询、数据迁移等服务，交付后不予退款，书面协议另有约定的除外。课程退款以课程页或报名时的说明为准。
五、如何申请

我们会在 1 个工作日内响应，7 个工作日内处理完毕。
六、到账时间
我们会在 7 个工作日内审核并答复。审核通过后，款项原路退回到你付款时使用的账户（微信支付、银行卡等），到账时间以支付渠道为准。

1. First Subscription Refund
For a customer's first paid Duobaoyu MCP subscription (any plan), we offer a full no-questions-asked refund if requested within 14 calendar days after the payment date.
2. Auto-Renewal Charges
For an automatic renewal charge, the customer may request a full refund of that period within 7 calendar days after the charge. The period ends on refund and auto-renewal is turned off.
3. Prorated Refunds
After those windows, yearly subscriptions may be refunded pro rata by the remaining full 30-day periods, less any discounts received; monthly subscriptions are no longer refundable.
Example: a CNY 899 yearly plan with 8 full 30-day periods remaining refunds about CNY 899 × 8 ÷ 12.
4. Training, Setup, and Custom Work
One-time setup, custom development, training, consulting, data migration, or implementation services are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@duobaoyu.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the account email, company name, payment date, and reason for the request if you wish to provide one.
6. Processing Time
We will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method where possible. The payment provider or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
