1. Service Description

Duobaoyu AI provides software tools and AI-assisted workflows for Amazon seller operations, including Listing generation, restock planning, Sponsored Products report analysis, and training or consulting inquiries. Some features may synchronize seller-authorized Amazon data or process seller-provided listing content.

2. Subscription and Billing

The Duobaoyu MCP subscription is offered as monthly (CNY 89.99 / 30 days) and yearly (CNY 899 / 365 days), with Enterprise pricing on request; prices and benefits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. New users get a free 14-day trial that never charges automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically through WeChat Pay, which the customer turns on themselves under the Auto-Renewal Service Agreement; auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time at no cost. Credits, market-research data and paid courses are billed separately.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

3. Seller Authorization and Account Access

You are responsible for granting and managing any Amazon SP-API or related platform authorization needed for the service. You represent that you have the right to connect the Amazon seller account and to provide any data submitted to Duobaoyu AI.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to violate laws, Amazon policies, intellectual property rights, security controls, or the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the service.

5. Amazon Account Compliance

You remain solely responsible for your Amazon seller account, listings, inventory decisions, advertising decisions, product claims, tax obligations, and compliance with Amazon policies and applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Duobaoyu AI and its software, workflows, interface, documentation, designs, algorithms, and service materials are owned by Hangzhou Duobaoyu Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. (杭州多宝鱼人工智能有限公司) or its licensors. You retain ownership of your store data, account data, listing content, and other materials you submit to the service.

7. Disclaimer

Forecasts, replenishment quantities, stockout alerts, advertising recommendations, and listing suggestions are provided for reference only. Purchasing decisions, inventory commitments, advertising spend, listing publication, and compliance decisions are made by you at your own risk.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, Amazon approval, ranking results, sales outcomes, profit improvement, or advertising performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duobaoyu AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the fees paid by you to Duobaoyu AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security risks, or use the service in a way that may violate law or platform policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan). Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute to the competent people's court where the company is domiciled.
